SEMA 2025: TCX51C Pro Tire Changer

Updates for SEMA 2025 include hybrid leverless mount head for handling large and challenging tires with ease, lower locking disc for bottom bead demounting, the FastBlast™ inflation system for safely and easily inflating challenging fitments, and more.

Mobile Service at SEMA 2023

What sets the 51M apart from other mobile service changers is its two-speed inverter motor that runs on 110V, its optional FastBlast feature to quickly and easily inflate even the toughest fitments, and its dual bead-loosening rollers for efficient bottom bead demounting.

Did you know?

Bead massage reduces wheel vibrations

Bead massage reduces road force vibration by an average of seven pounds. Some assemblies can see road force reductions well over 20 pounds!

To bead massage you need a dual bead roller center-clamp tyre changer. While still clamped, inflate the tyre to OEM recommended pressure and refit the core. One at a time, bring the bead roller against the sidewall of the tyre at the rim edge and press approximately 1/4 inch into the tyre. Rotate two or three revolutions for each bead.

Bead massage takes less than a minute, but can significantly reduce road force, a leading cause of vibration.
